Tracks and certificates

  1. 01

    LLM foundations for engineers

Start here. What changes when a model becomes part of your system: prompts as interfaces, structured output, tools, and when a fixed workflow beats an agent.

  2. 02

    Evals and reliability

How to know an LLM feature works before your users tell you: evals, golden datasets, structured contracts, and deterministic work moved back into code.

  3. 03

    RAG and context

Give the model the right information at the right time: embeddings, retrieval, hybrid search, reranking, chunking, and long conversations that do not rot.

  4. 04

    Building agents

Give the model autonomy without the classic accidents: loops with a budget, a small toolset, subagents, and multiple agents only when they pay off.

  5. 05

    Securing AI systems

For whoever answers for what the agent does with money, data, and customers: prompt injection, least privilege, human approval, and an audit trail.

  6. 06

    Production: cost, latency, and operations

Cheap, fast, and observable: tracing, parallel steps, caching, model cascades, a fallback when the provider goes down, and a stack without vendor lock-in.

How certificates are earned
  1. Finish every lesson in the track: each check must be answered.
  2. Pass the final exam, the track lab, with a score of 70 or more. Retake it as often as you like; your best score counts.
  3. Final grade = 40% first-try accuracy on checks + 60% final exam. The certificate needs 70 or more; 90 or more earns distinction.
  4. Retaking checks is practice: first-try accuracy stays as your first answer.
  5. At issue time, the ai-guru server reruns your exam, recomputes your grade, and signs the certificate. A signed certificate cannot be altered.
